Shiny New Things

With apologies to Rosie!

She's a big fan of Shiny New Things and even has a whole entry on her own blog about them. I was reminded of this the other day when driving to the end of Pool Road. There's an old garage there that is now a car wash place where you drop some cash in a machine then it squirts water at your car for 10 minutes. Well it's just been given a lick of pastel paint and renamed "Shiny Car Wash". I think that's quite a nice piece of coincidence.

On to other shiny new things. I've just spent more money than I should have buying a lap-top PC. It was 1/2 price from Tiny and has everything I want from a PC except the extra swanky soundcard (£30 from dabs tho' so not a great sacrifice). To get to the point: I now don't need my old PC and K's old tower unit. K's is worth not a lot and mine is quite old so I'm wondering whether selling the whole PC is worth it? Should I sell in bits? I reckon I might make a tad more if I do.
Then do I get myself to a car-boot sale? Or do I pop my EBay Cherry?
Opinions welcome.

Have fun.

I bet Roger'd have it. I think he collects them.

(He's got 5 at the moment.)
